We opened on NW 23rd in 2014 because Portland needed a chiropractic office that practiced based on evidence, not fear. Too many chiropractors show you a scary X-ray, tell you your spine is 'degenerating,' and lock you into 48 visits over six months. That's not healthcare — that's a sales funnel. We don't do that.

Here's how we work: you come in, we listen to your story, we do a thorough exam, and we give you an honest diagnosis. If chiropractic care will help, we tell you how many visits it should take and what to expect. If it won't help, we tell you that too — and refer you to someone who can. Most musculoskeletal problems respond within 6-12 visits. If you're not improving, we reassess.

Sports rehab is a huge part of our practice. Portland is an active city — runners, climbers, cyclists, CrossFitters, hikers, trail runners. When something hurts, athletes don't want to be told to stop. They want to be told how to keep going without pain. Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, dry needling, and corrective exercise — we use whatever tool fits the problem and gets you back fastest.

Prenatal chiropractic is the other pillar of our practice. Dr. Sarah Chen is Webster-certified — the gold standard for chiropractic care during pregnancy. Low back pain, round ligament pain, pelvic floor pressure, and postural changes — all common during pregnancy, all treatable without medication.

We keep same-day appointment slots open every day because pain doesn't make appointments. If you wake up with a locked neck or throw your back out picking up your kid, call us. We'll see you that day.

No long-term contracts. No prepaid packages. No scare tactics. We bill your insurance or give you a fair self-pay rate. Fix the problem, teach you to maintain it, and send you on your way.
