Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major dental insurance plans including Delta, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, and United. We verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. No insurance? We offer an in-house membership plan and financing through CareCredit.
I'm terrified of the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. About 30% of our patients are dental-phobic. We offer oral sedation, nitrous oxide, numbing gel before injections, noise-canceling headphones, and Netflix on the ceiling. We go at your pace. You're always in control.
Do you see children?
Yes, starting at age 1. Our office is designed for families. TVs on the ceiling, a treasure chest of prizes, and staff who genuinely enjoy working with kids. We do family block appointments so everyone gets seen in one visit.
How much does teeth whitening cost?
In-office Zoom whitening is $399. Take-home custom trays are $249. We often run specials for new patients. Results vary, but most patients see 4-6 shades lighter in one visit.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call us. If it's before noon on a weekday, we'll see you the same day. After hours, our voicemail has emergency instructions and Dr. Patel's direct line for true emergencies (severe pain, knocked-out tooth, uncontrolled bleeding).
How often should I get a cleaning?
Most patients: every 6 months. Patients with gum disease: every 3-4 months. We'll tell you honestly what you need — not more, not less.
