About Iron Republic Fitness

We opened in RiNo in 2018 because Denver needed a gym that was serious about coaching without being serious about everything else. A place where an Olympic lifter and a 55-year-old beginner share the same floor, get the same quality coaching, and high-five at the end. That's Iron Republic.

Our coaching staff holds CSCS, CF-L3, USAW, and sports performance certifications. These aren't weekend certifications — they represent hundreds of hours of study, testing, and practical application. When you're under a heavy barbell, the person coaching you has the education and experience to keep you safe and get you better.

We cap classes at 16 athletes. That's not marketing — it's math. One coach can't effectively watch 30 people move. At 16, every member gets real coaching, real feedback, and real corrections. It's the single biggest difference between us and big box gyms running 40-person classes.

Our barbell program runs in 8-week cycles. Squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press with accessory work. Strength progression, built-in deloads, testing weeks. Whether you're pulling 225 or 500, the programming works because it's based on percentages, not ego.

CrossFit classes follow a balanced program — strength, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and monostructural cardio. Every workout is posted the night before with scaling options. The programming is designed so you can train 5 days a week without burning out.
