Started in 2012 with one truck and a mower. Now we serve 500+ properties across Tampa and the Bay Area. Same owner, same core crew, same commitment: show up, do the work, leave it better than we found it.

We're not a franchise. There's no call center. When you call Tampa Green, you're talking to someone who actually mows lawns. We treat every yard like it's ours — because our reputation rides on yours looking good. The same crew comes to your property every week. They know where your irrigation heads are, which beds get full sun, and what your dog's name is.

Tampa Bay landscapes are their own animal. Live oaks, Spanish moss, azaleas, palmetto, centipede grass, Bermuda — we know what thrives here and what dies in August. We specialize in designs that look incredible in spring and survive the brutal Florida summer. No cookie-cutter plans from a software template. We walk the property, study the light and drainage, and build something that actually works for this climate.

Irrigation is half the battle in the Bay Area. We install and maintain full irrigation systems — Rain Bird, Hunter, the good stuff. Proper zoning, rain sensors, seasonal adjustments. A beautiful landscape without good irrigation is a dead landscape by July. We make sure that doesn't happen.

The Florida growing season is relentless — 8 months of active growth means constant attention. We adjust mowing frequency, fertilization timing, and weed control to what your lawn actually needs, not some generic schedule. Summer means weekly cuts, pre-emergent in spring, targeted weed treatments, and keeping beds mulched so the roots don't cook. We've been doing this through enough Tampa summers to know exactly what works.
