Our Story
Megan Torres opened Luxe & Co in 2016 in a 600-square-foot space in NoDa with two chairs, one assistant, and a conviction that Charlotte salons could be better. Better consultations. Better products. Better vibes. The kind of place where you look forward to your appointment.
Ten years later, we're in a 2,400-square-foot studio with 7 stylists, each handpicked for their skill and their ability to make people feel seen. Our team attends advanced education in New York, LA, and London every year. When a new technique emerges, we learn it. When a product doesn't perform, we drop it. Your hair is the experiment — but never a gamble.
We're especially proud of our color correction work. If another salon wrecked your color, we fix it. Patiently. Properly. It might take 2-3 sessions but we'll get you there. That's the work nobody wants to do — and we're known for doing it beautifully.
