Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Dogs and cats. Call or book online and we'll get you in within a week for wellness visits. Urgent cases are seen same-day.
What is fear-free certified?
It means our entire team is trained in low-stress handling and clinic design. Calming pheromones, non-slip surfaces, gentle techniques, and separate cat/dog areas. Your pet's emotional health matters as much as their physical health.
How often does my pet need a checkup?
Annual wellness exams for most adult pets. Puppies and kittens need visits every 3-4 weeks until their vaccine series is complete. Senior pets (7+) benefit from twice-yearly exams.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept CareCredit and Scratchpay for financing. We also offer wellness packages that spread preventive care costs over monthly payments.
Can you see my pet for an emergency?
We handle same-day urgent care during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we'll refer you to the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital and send your records immediately.
Do you declaw cats?
No. We do not perform elective declawing. We're happy to discuss humane alternatives like nail trimming, scratching posts, and nail caps.
