Questions
Straight answers. No runaround.
What should I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll change into a robe when you arrive. During massage, you're draped at all times — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your comfort level guides everything.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to fill out a brief intake form, use the restroom, and settle into the relaxation room. We want your session to start calm, not rushed.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Life happens — we get it. But our therapists reserve that time for you, so last-minute cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed receipts with CPT codes that many insurance plans and HSA/FSA accounts will reimburse. Ask your provider about massage therapy coverage.
Are your products really organic?
Yes. Every product we use — oils, lotions, scrubs, masks — is organic, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and cruelty-free. We vet every ingredient. If we wouldn't put it on our own skin, it doesn't come into this building.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Absolutely. Most of our clients have a preferred therapist. Book by name online or mention it when you call. If they're unavailable, we'll match you with someone whose style is similar.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes — we have a dedicated couples room with side-by-side tables. Same customization as individual sessions. Popular for anniversaries, birthdays, and date nights. Book online.
Is parking available?
Free parking behind the building off King Street. Street parking is also available — meters are free on Sundays. We'll send you a map with your confirmation email.
