Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll change into a robe when you arrive. During massage, you're draped at all times — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your comfort level guides everything.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to fill out a brief intake form, use the restroom, and settle into the relaxation room. We want your session to start calm, not rushed.
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Life happens — we get it. But our therapists reserve that time for you, so last-minute cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee.
We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed receipts with CPT codes that many insurance plans and HSA/FSA accounts will reimburse. Ask your provider about massage therapy coverage.
Yes. Every product we use — oils, lotions, scrubs, masks — is organic, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and cruelty-free. We vet every ingredient. If we wouldn't put it on our own skin, it doesn't come into this building.
Absolutely. Most of our clients have a preferred therapist. Book by name online or mention it when you call. If they're unavailable, we'll match you with someone whose style is similar.
Yes — we have a dedicated couples room with side-by-side tables. Same customization as individual sessions. Popular for anniversaries, birthdays, and date nights. Book online.
Free parking behind the building off King Street. Street parking is also available — meters are free on Sundays. We'll send you a map with your confirmation email.
