Services

Rain Dog Roofing of Savannah provides residential roofing inspection, repair, and replacement services in the greater Savannah, GA area. All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on satellite imagery measurements and current material pricing. Final pricing may vary upon physical inspection. Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Warranties

Rain Dog Roofing installs CertainTeed products backed by a 50-year material and 25-year labor warranty, subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty details are provided with every signed contract.

Limitation of Liability

Rain Dog Roofing's liability is limited to the contract value of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural conditions not visible during standard inspection.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Chatham County, GA.
