We provide a software platform for home-improvement contractors and other small businesses, including websites, customer-relationship tools, AI-assisted content, and account-related communications. Service availability and features may change over time. Pricing and product details are described on our website.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms.
If you provide your phone number through our opt-in form at /sms-opt-in, during a recorded verbal-consent call, or at paid-account checkout, you agree to receive transactional and customer-care text messages and calls from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We will honor opt-outs immediately and retain consent records for five years.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at signup. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated.
You retain ownership of content you submit. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and templates we provide. Where a build fee delivers source code to you, the scope of that license is described in your specific agreement.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows when the current version was posted. Material changes will be communicated through the services or to the email address on your account.
