What you'll receive
- Account notifications (subscription activation, billing receipts, support replies)
- Voicemail-to-text alerts when someone leaves a message on your line
- Appointment confirmations for demos and onboarding calls
- Customer-care responses to inbound questions you send to our team
- Occasional product update announcements to active subscribers
Verbal opt-in (alternative)
You may also opt in by phone during a live, recorded conversation with our staff:
- When: During a scheduled product demo, sales call, or onboarding call (Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM ET, or by appointment).
- Script we use: Our representative explicitly asks: "Do you consent to receive text messages from myEASysystem at this number for appointment confirmations, account notifications, customer care, and product updates? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
- What we capture: Your verbal "yes," your name, your phone number, the date and time, and the representative's name. The audio of your consent is stored as part of the call recording.
- Marketing messages: We ask a separate question for promotional/marketing texts. You can say "yes" to transactional only, or "yes to both" for marketing too. Marketing consent is always optional.
- Frequency: Transactional messages are sent only when account events occur. Marketing (if opted in): typically 2-4 per month.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out instantly. Reply HELP for help.
- Retention: Consent records (audio + transcript) retained for five (5) years for TCPA / 10DLC compliance.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not charge for SMS.
