About Brick & Ember Kitchen
Brick & Ember Kitchen opened in 2019 in The Gulch with one idea: cook with fire, source from neighbors, and make a place where the food is serious but the vibe isn't. Chef Marcus Cole built relationships with 12 Tennessee farms before we opened the doors. The wood-fired oven is the heart of every dish — and you can taste the difference.

Wood-Fired Kitchen
Our custom wood-fired oven and grill run at 800°F. Steaks get a crust you can't get on gas. Pizzas blister in 90 seconds. Vegetables char and caramelize into something you didn't know you wanted. The smoke and flame are the difference between good food and unforgettable food.
